All purchases made are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once an order is placed.
However, if you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Provide a clear photo of the issue and your order number. We will respond within 2-3 working days.
If you wish to exchange due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size), both-way postage will be borne by the customer and exchange is only possible if the item is still in stock.
We do not accept reasons like "doesn't look nice after wearing" as every body type is different.
No return/exchange is allowed for sale items, pre-orders, or items that have been worn/washed.
